we ship.
Complimentary standard shipping to every United States address, on every order. No minimums, no inflated rates, no surprises at checkout.
Rates & options
Standard US shipping — free. Available on every order regardless of value. Typical delivery window is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.
Expedited shipping — at cost. Offered at checkout when available. Rates are passed through from the carrier with no markup.
Dispatch times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During holidays or promotional periods, dispatch may extend to 4 business days — if so, we'll note it on the homepage.
Orders placed Friday after 2pm ET, or over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday.
Tracking
The moment your package is scanned by the carrier, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also access tracking for every past order through the order history portal linked in your confirmation email.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all fifty United States, Washington D.C., and US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). We do not yet ship to US territories, Puerto Rico, or internationally.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved in more than five business days, or the package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, write to orders@veloragoods.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and, when appropriate, reship or refund without waiting for the claim to close.
