We keep it
simple.

• Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and items purchased.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. Velora Goods never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or billing details.
• Site analytics: anonymized page-view statistics (no personal identifiers) used to understand which products attract interest.

• To fulfill your order and provide shipping tracking.
• To respond to questions you send us.
• To comply with legal obligations (sales tax, fraud prevention, records retention).

We share the minimum necessary data with these third parties, each of which has their own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our fulfillment partner — receives your shipping address to pack and dispatch your order.
• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — receive your address to deliver the package.
• Vercel & Supabase — hosting and database infrastructure, based in the United States.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

This site uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your session functioning (e.g., language preference, cart state). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; European residents have equivalent rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these, write to orders@veloragoods.com with the word Privacy in the subject.

Order records are retained for seven years to meet US tax and accounting requirements. Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to support you, then deleted or anonymized.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, write to us and we'll delete it immediately.

If this policy materially changes, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in our email newsletter. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance.
