Authenticity

01Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every item is sourced from an authorized United States wholesale distributor and matched to its UPC barcode before it appears on this site. We do not list grey-market, refurbished, or tester-only inventory as new.

02How do I know a product is real?

Each listing shows the UPC (the barcode printed on the package). You can cross-reference it against the brand's own website, Amazon, or any barcode database. If the codes match, the product is the real article.

03Are your fragrances in their original packaging?

Yes — sealed, in the manufacturer's box, with all inserts. The only exception is clearly marked tester or sample editions, and we don't currently stock either.

04Are these the same products sold by the brands and major retailers?

Yes. We list manufacturer-sealed retail products sourced from authorized US wholesale distributors. Each item is matched against its UPC/GTIN barcode before it appears on the site. If an item is a tester, sample, travel size, or special edition, it will be clearly labeled as such.

05Are you a marketplace seller?

No. Velora Goods is an independent New York-registered retailer. We purchase inventory from authorized US wholesale distributors who hold direct brand relationships. We do not list third-party seller inventory on our site.

Pricing

06Why are your prices lower than other sites?

We sell directly. We do not build marketplace fees, sponsored placements, or marketplace storefront overhead into our pricing — costs that are typically built into the price you see on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace. We also operate on deliberately thin margins. The savings show up in the listed price, not in coupon codes or flash sales. The same price is shown to everyone, every day.

07Is there a catch?

No. There are no membership tiers, no surprise fees at checkout, and no inflated shipping rates. Standard US shipping is complimentary on every order, no minimum. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax for your state.

Shipping

08How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from the United States within 2 business days of payment. Transit time depends on destination, typically 2–5 additional business days via standard ground. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your package.

09Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At launch we ship only to addresses in the United States. International expansion is planned.

10Is shipping really free?

Yes — standard US shipping is complimentary on every order, no minimum. We keep the model simple and build our operations around predictable domestic fulfillment.

Returns & exchanges

11What is your return policy?

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are by mail; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. No restocking fee. Refunds issued within 7 business days of receipt. Write to support@veloragoods.com and we'll send the return address. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return it. Full details on the Returns page.

12What if my item arrives damaged?

Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. We do not ask you to return damaged goods.

Payment & security

13Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Velora Goods never sees or stores your card number. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.

14Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax on orders shipping to states where Velora Goods has tax nexus, calculated automatically at checkout per your shipping address. Rates are set by the destination state.

Accounts

15Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout is guest-first. After purchasing you can access all past orders, receipts, and saved addresses through the order history portal linked in your confirmation email.
