Authenticity

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every item is sourced from an authorized United States wholesale distributor and matched to its UPC barcode before it appears on this site. We do not list grey-market, refurbished, or tester-only inventory as new.

How do I know a product is real?

Each listing shows the UPC (the barcode printed on the package). You can cross-reference it against the brand's own website, Amazon, or any barcode database. If the codes match, the product is the real article.

Are your fragrances in their original packaging?

Yes — sealed, in the manufacturer's box, with all inserts. The only exception is clearly marked tester or sample editions, and we don't currently stock either.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from the United States within 1–3 business days of payment. Transit time depends on destination, typically 2–5 additional business days via standard ground. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At launch we ship only to addresses in the United States. International expansion is planned.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — standard US shipping is complimentary on every order, no minimum. We absorb the cost because consolidated shipping is the single biggest cost advantage we have over the marketplaces.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Write to orders@veloragoods.com and we'll arrange a prepaid return label. Full details on the Returns page.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. We do not ask you to return damaged goods.

Payment & security

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the same platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. Velora Goods never sees or stores your card number. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect sales tax on orders shipping to states where Velora Goods has tax nexus, calculated automatically at checkout per your shipping address. Rates are set by the destination state.

Accounts

Do I need an account to order?

No. Checkout is guest-first. After purchasing you can access all past orders, receipts, and saved addresses through the order history portal linked in your confirmation email.
