Returns & refunds

If something isn't right — wrong scent, wrong size, or simply not for you — we'll take it back. No restocking fee, no friction, no questionnaire.

What qualifies

Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Opened fragrance, haircare, and cosmetic items cannot be returned for resale due to hygiene regulations, but please write to us anyway if you're unsatisfied — we often find a way to help.

How to return

  1. Email support@veloragoods.com or call (845) 713-9492 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM ET) with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and confirm the return is approved. Ship the item back via any tracked carrier — return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service; items lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded.
  3. Once we receive the return at our partner warehouse, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Card refunds typically clear shortly after issuance.

Damaged or defective items

Email us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we'll dispatch a replacement or issue a refund. You will not be asked to return a damaged item.

Wrong item received

If the item you received doesn't match what you ordered, let us know immediately and we'll ship the correct item. You will not be asked to return the wrong one.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once tracking is assigned, the order is treated as a return once delivered. Write to us as quickly as possible if you'd like to cancel — we can usually intercept within 2 hours of order placement.
