If something isn't right — wrong scent, wrong size, or simply not for you — we'll take it back. No restocking fee, no friction, no questionnaire.
What qualifies
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
Opened fragrance, haircare, and cosmetic items cannot be returned for resale due to hygiene regulations, but please write to us anyway if you're unsatisfied — we often find a way to help.
How to return
- Write to orders@veloragoods.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We reply with a prepaid return shipping label (we cover the cost).
- Place the item in any padded box, attach the label, and drop it at the carrier.
- Once we receive the return at our partner warehouse — typically 3–7 business days later — the refund is issued to your original payment method. Card refunds usually clear within 5 business days.
Damaged or defective items
Email us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we'll dispatch a replacement or refund at no cost to you. You will not be asked to return a damaged item.
Wrong item received
If the item you received doesn't match what you ordered, let us know immediately. We'll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid label for the mistake — you shouldn't pay for our error.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once tracking is assigned, the order is treated as a return once delivered. Write to us as quickly as possible if you'd like to cancel — we can usually intercept within 2 hours of order placement.
