What to expect

Emails sent to support@veloragoods.com are read in the order they arrive; most are answered within one business day, and complex cases that involve a supplier or carrier follow-up may take two to three business days to fully resolve.

To help us respond faster, please include your order number (it starts with 111- or 112-) in the subject line, along with a short description of what you need. For tracking questions, allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the carrier's first scan to appear.

Common topics we handle: order status, address corrections, cancellations before shipment, return authorizations, replacement shipments for damaged or missing items, invoice copies, and questions about product authenticity.
